Abbreviated Terms and Conditions of Sale - Duty paid prices are subject to VAT at 17.5%, and both VAT and Duty are liable to change without notice.

*Minimum order 8 cases (England mainland) at printed prices. We can offer for sale, stock (no less than 9 litres) at printed prices plus delivery charge
plus VAT, according to your order and destination. All sales are subject to the terms and conditions of Wine & Spirit International Ltd. (WSI Ltd),
a copy of which is available on request.

NB : All goods invoiced by WSI Ltd are subject to retention of title which remains with WSI Ltd until goods are paid for in full.

Orders are deemed to be an offer to purchase goods on such terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including any terms or conditions which the
buyer may purport to apply in any order, confirmation of order or other document, and are only accepted on that basis.
Breakages / Shortages MUST be notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery, and the delivery sheet marked accordingly. (Our carriers will not necessarily notify us of any shortage or damages.) All claims for non-delivery must be made within 10 days, any claims made outside these periods will not be credited.

Please advise us if you have not received your order within 4 working days of ordering. *NB: Scotland ... delivery cost according to individual order.
