Shortcross Gin is distilled with our key foraged botanicals, elderflower, elderberries, wild Irish clover and apples.
This is a classic, old school, juniper led gin, bottled at 46%, distilled in single batches retaining all those rich oils, flavours & Aromas from the botanicals.
We recommend serving over ice with elderflower tonic water and an orange peel garnish.

Taste profile: Very carefully polished rice fermented at low temperatures gives this traditional Sake rich rice-centric aromas of apple, plum and almond. Smooth and dry and made with a European palate in mind, it is excellent introductionary sake.
On the nose: Choya Sake is slightly sweet, flowery with a light presence of alcohol.
