WSI is a family-owned Company founded in 1984 by Dale Sklar who is the 5th generation SKLAR in the liquor business, preceded by Stanley Sklar, Max Sklar, Louis Sklar, & and Louis' Father who was the eldest son of Rebbe Itchik, manager of a Patwal (a distillery) in Widze which was part of Russia in the late 19th century, but is now in Belarus near the Lithuanian border.
WSI imports spirits into the UK/Ireland , & exports around the world, 'top-shelf' speciality spirits, notably Hapsburg & Trenet Absinthe, Mexican Spirits (incl.Tequila Bambarria, Tapatio, 1921 & Mezcal Lajita & Villa Lobos), Superstrength Balkan 176 Vodka, Caney Cuban Rum, Trenet French Spirits & La Gina Italian Liquore, Japanese produced & bottled Choya Sake & Umeshu.
We have represented Jean Durup Pere et Fils Chablis, since 1985 as our sole French wine business.
